Landowner Relationships

A pipeline right-of-way agreement, or easement, authorizes the pipeline company to install and maintain pipeline on land owned by another party.

Centurion Pipeline is authorized to construct and operate a pipeline, which includes testing, marking and the inspection, repair, replacement and protection of its pipeline on the pipeline right-of-way. The pipeline marker identifies Centurion Pipeline as the operator and provides emergency contact information. Landowners and other members of the public should always use caution and call 811 and the posted Centurion Pipeline company number prior to any excavation, construction or other activity that may threaten a pipeline. By calling 811, Centurion Pipeline will be notified as well as all other pipelines and utilities operating in the area.
